Obsługa, fotele, możliwość ładowania, jedzenie i napoje na plus! Brak anglojęzycznych podpisów w filmach (głównie tylko holenderskie), ograniczona oferta filmów oraz kiepsciutkie słuchawki na minus.

Bardzo dobra obsługa, jedzenie i wygodne fotele. Pomiędzy fotelami na dole są gniazdka elektryczne a w oparciach z przodu złącza USB. Lepiej wziąć swoje słuchawki na małego jacka, bo te które rozdają mogą nie pasować dobrze do Twoich uszu;)

brak informacji że nie będzie ekranów w z filmami :( Przygotowałbym sobie inne zajęcie

Wylot opóźniony o ponad godzinę bez podania przyczyn. Walizka nie doleciała. Odbiór,gdy dotarła tylko z lotniska, nie dostarczają do hotelu. KLM przesyłał mi informacje po holendersku zamiast po angielsku.

We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

So I was pretty surprised when they just offered beef fajitas. I asked for a vegetarian option only to find out there isn’t none. The flight attendant wasn’t super nice about it either, she just said you have to order it online. But at no point I got an email saying, if you want something different than what we offer, tell us! So that was pretty annoying..."

But, it was after hours on the airline number phone number and the fly.com customer service could not help with finding an alternate connection from Oslo to FRA. It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight."

Minusy: "Our ticket said economy, but it was a specific set of economy that did not include any baggage. If we were warned prior we could have purchased it for significantly cheaper. Our ticket was not clear and it cost us 175usd for two bags at the airport. Very disappointing"

Plusy: "Entertainment great, plane clean and newish. Breakfast way better than most competitors on transatlantic. Fruit salad, hot good sized rolls, yogurt, thick slices of ham n cheese so much better than BA’s downsized granola bar and mini muffin ( that they also serve in the upgraded class!"

Minusy: "You really need to either have no legs or be 5’6” or less to fit in the seat without angling sideways. But alas SAS is no worse than the competitors in this department. Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."

Minusy: "Due to a train mix-up, I arrived at the Frankfurt airport with only 53 minutes to get through security and board. Lufthansa would not let me through the process, even though I immediately told them about the problem. They not only refused to let me board, but also refused to reschedule me. I had to buy a whole new round-trip ticket at more than double the price in order to meet my family for our once-in-a-lifetime reuinion in Norway, but also make my existing connection for the return flight. It cost me an additional 999 Euros cash in the middle of my vacation because my Kayak ticket was not refundable."

I said I had to take many pills (antiinflamatory are three) plus iron and probiotics I take. She told me, holding the used bottle mostly full, that if I wanted more , I should buy a bottle !!!! And put it away !!! How insensitive and inhuman !!! I didn't know she was going to open a bottle !!!! Very insulting !! 2) When another stewardess passed by offering food, I asked what did we have a right to and she (only then) offered me tea or coffee (which should have been offered first). They I asked, as in all other flights (short South American flights and USA donestic) if she gave crackers or nuts to which she unnecessarily gloated pointing to the curtain that there , in economic plus , they had everything free ...insulting treatment and unnecessary information ...just like in my trip to Nice !! Same attitude ...it's probably horrible training courses. 3) you'd think the men and women that speak over the loud speaker would have bothered to learn English ...it was broken English and even sounded like babble to me...so I just ignored it ! 3) again no instructions for transfer as you come out of the plane. Had to figure it out asking cleaners ..as my flight was at night again. People below seem to coincide in that they complain of rudeness and lack of re-direction."

However, the flight from Bergen to Oslo kept getting delayed, so we were eventually put on a direct flight to Stockholm from Bergen. But for the 5 hour delay, we were given a food 'dinner' coupon that could have only bought a slice a pizza which we felt was extremely poor. Expected a better compensation for the long delay."

Nowiutki samolot, płynny lot, super system rozrywki na pokładzie (filmy itp na telefonie / tablecie pasażera), b.przyjemna przekąska, napoje i ciastka. Dawno nie latałem LOTem, było miłe zaskoczenie.

Nie polecam dokupywania tej opcji - podanie „plaltykowego”, sztucznego jedzenie na porcelanie nie jest warte swojej ceny. Nawet herbata była ochydna. Ekran systemu rozrywki nie działał."

Minusy: "Multiple delays; even after boarding. Disembarking was a mess because everyone simply wanted off the plane. Delay resulted in an unexpected influx of travelers into immigration which was an additional delay. Premium seats may be ok for sitting and watching the limited entertainment selections but not designed for sleeping on an overnight flight. Upon landing water fell to the floor in the galley. Once on the ground no flight attendants bothered to dry it up; despite them all giggling when it happened. Seemed quite unprofessional. Can’t say I’d be inclined to book with Norwegian again. The price may be enticing; but you get what you pay for."

Minusy: "We booked a trip from Stockholm to NY. Got to the airport and the baggage fee was quite high, but i was ok paying it since i didn't prepay online- my mistake. BUT then i was told since the plane was stopping at Oslo we had to pay ANOTHER SET OF LUGGAGE FEES !!!! I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

Plusy: "Food, price, and long stay in Oslo to give time to enjoy city"

Minusy: "We were staying in Oslo for 21 hours, but we thought that the checked baggage would stay at the airport. Instead it came out at baggage claim. We even asked the Norwegian staff multiple times whether we have to pick it up in Oslo; they said, 'No.' They said that it would remain at the airport. When we got back to the airport we had unnecessary stress of finding our luggage in some unclaimed baggage office. We almost missed the flight. Norwegian staff needs to be knowledgeable about how baggage is handled."

Plusy: "Nice bright planes ! Crew was friendly! Boarded and deplaned from both front and back of plane which was quick"

Minusy: "My flight was changed to a flight I could not make. I had to cancel flight to Oslo and Spent extra $500 to purchase another flight. Very unhappy."

Plusy: "Paid for a Premium seat in row #1 that was broken and would not recline. Multiple seats in the Premium section would either not recline or would only recline. Crew was stressed and impersonal. Will never fly Norwegian Air again. Ever."

Minusy: "This is NOT a "no-frills" airline. This is NOT a "budget" airline. It is a gouging, overpriced budget busting airline which offers lousy food. I paid as much for a "snack" of tiny side salad without any dressing & stale roll with one slice of ham & cheese as I paid for a magnificent American Thanksgiving Buffet at Raffles Hotel in Phnom Penh! Having flown 5 round-trips between JFK & Asia in the past year, This airline was the ONLY one to charge for baggage - all others provide 2 checked bags in or out of all their US flights. With baggage, meal & assorted charges, Norwegian one-way cost MORE than round-trip on any other airline. Deceptive advertising. General incompetence. NO service. And way more expensive than other airlines. I'm disgusted with Norwegian Airline beyond spitting."

Minusy: "My flight was canceled for no reason. I am currently stuck in Oslo for the next 4 hours waiting to go to Berlin."

Minusy: "I was flying Norwegian during possibly the worst week in recent memory: after the breakdown at JFK following the snow hurricane on Jan. 3-4. The flight was DY 7002 to Oslo, arriving on Jan. 5. For some reason leading up the flight, Norwegian did not cancel our flight - which left at 22:00 - even though the other major airlines had. We were forced to go to the airport chaos before Norwegian cancelled the flight around an hour before it was supposed to fly. We were delayed two days. When we finally boarded on Jan. 7 we had to sit on the tarmac for 3 hrs before taking off. The pilot couldn't explain the nature of the delay. In all fairness, I am not sure how much Norwegian or JFK are to blame for such horrendous service. Probably both are at fault. Norwegian: please consider your customers' time and well-being. Cancel your flights in advance of such conditions so that your passengers, update the information on your website. Those things are in your control, even if the situation at JFK is not."

Minusy: "Missed this flight"

Minusy: "Flight was 4 hours late causing us to miss our connecting flight and lose a day of our vacation plans because the next flight wasn't until the morning. Customer service phone center personnel were rude. He "new" movies being shown in the on flight entertainment were old and there were only a few."

Minusy: "They didn't give us any (free) food for a flight from Providence to Dublin. You have to get your carry on approved by the check in desk first, so you can't go right through security even if you've printed out your boarding passes."

W sumie to najsprawniej wykonany lot wizz

Obsługa oraz personel. Nie podobało mi się że lot był opóźniony o ponad godzinę, wejście na lotnisko w Eindhoven trwało 3,5h!

Plusy: "Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft)."

Minusy: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."

Minusy: "I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."

Plusy: "Is a case of what didn’t I like. When you fly low budget just expect surprises. The small prints are terrible clauses and you will never know when they will get you. Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

Minusy: "WIZZ Air need to be sensible. I travelled from London to Warsaw without any problem and they made a problem on my way back.!"

Plusy: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."

Minusy: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Minusy: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"

Plusy: "The air hosts and hostesses were very polite and courteous."

Minusy: "The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Plusy: "Zwyczajny spokojny dość długi lot."

Minusy: "Ponad godzina opóźnienia !!! Ale to można zrozumieć. Po wejściu do hali odlotów, pomimo elektronicznej odprawy, posiadaniu wydruku z adnotacją Priority i bagażu podręcznego należy się odprawić przy stanowisku nadawania bagaży (kolejka sic !) w celu otrzymania tzw. paper ticket. Oczywiści w moim przypadku nie dodano czerwonej naklejki Priority Boarding !!! Obsługa przy boardingu nie respektuje usługi pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład. Pierwszeństwo jest tylko przy przejściu do hali tuż przed wejściem do busa lotniskowego. Potem już i tak wszyscy jadą wspólnie, więc pierwszeństwa wejścia na pokład nie ma. Dodatkowo jeśli zostaniesz skierowany przez kolejnego niekompetentnego pracownika lotniska DWC do niewłaściwego z dwóch autobusów (jeden podjeżdża do przednich schodów, drugi do tylnych) musisz się przeciskać przez cały, pełen pasażerów i bagaży pokład samolotu, ponieważ procedury !!! nie pozwalają przejść do odpowiedniego wejścia, np. tylnego mając miejsca 29. Nigdy więcej Wizzair, którego pracownicy pokładu twierdzą, że odprawa i boarding nie jest zależny od firmy Wizzair. Tylko dlaczego to Wizzair pobiera opłatę za usługi typu Pierwszeństwo wejścia na pokład ?"

Minusy: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."
